Meet the team
Lindsey Thompson
I was lucky enough to start my working life in recruitment at the age of 17 and within a short time, I realised that my passion is within Transport & Warehousing as I love the fast pace and constantly evolving technology and the people who keep the world of Logistics moving.
Having also worked in the Road Haulage Industry for DHL Supply Chain as a qualified CPC holder / Transport Manager, I am in the privileged position to understand the daily pressures that a Transport office can face and why communication and compliance are vital.
Some career highlights, include the successful recruitment project for a fast food distribution centre (over 350 staff), Winning the REC / IRC Business Manager of the year award in 2019 , along with various recruitment inhouse awards.

Sarah Kilbane
With nearly 9 years in recruitment, I made a career shift from being a Primary School Teacher. Initially stumbling into a driving consultant role, I quickly embraced the industry's fast-paced environment. Starting as a Senior Driving Consultant, I earned a promotion to Principal Consultant within 18 months, securing the Best Newcomer award in my first year through hard work. Building strong client and driver relationships has been the cornerstone of my success, providing the most rewarding aspects of the job. Now at Resolute Logistics Recruitment, I'm enthusiastic about forging new connections.
Outside work, I cherish moments with my partner Craig and children Harlow and Cullen, indulging my passion for traveling and island hopping around Thailand.
